Requirements
- 1 to 4 years experience working in SaaS/software implementation project delivery for large complex enterprise customers
- 1 to 2 years of project management experience
- 1+ years of professional experience in technology services or consulting or in a field relevant to our customers
- External relationship management experience to build excellent relationships
- Formal project management training with significant practical use
- Experience utilizing Agile methodology
- Outstanding client-facing skills with a history of building extraordinary relationships
- Ability to handle a variety of different projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional escalation management skills
- Ability to demonstrate thoughtfulness and excellent judgment
- Independently organizes and performs work required with minimal guidance
- Ability to forecast work accurately and proactively manage workload
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Takes initiative and ownership with a can-do attitude in meeting critical deadlines
