Case Manager, GPD

Veterans Village of San Diego is seeking a Case Manager to provide comprehensive case management to veterans and their families, facilitate referrals, and maintain confidential case records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1+ years case management experience; 3+ years preferred
• 2+ years in a customer service focused environment
• Knowledge of local social service, public health, and VSO organizations and resources
• Experience working with a military or veteran population
