Job Description
At VEG, we're transforming the ER experience for people and pets. As a Nursing Trainer, you'll help VEGgies grow and develop their skills, leading to a better emergency experience for all. You'll partner with leadership to identify training needs, assess and develop staff, and implement training programs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's degree or higher in veterinary technology from an AVMA accredited program strongly preferred
- Credentialed as a veterinary technician (CVT, RVT, LVT, LVMT) in the state the VEG practice is located
- High level of knowledge and skill in emergency medicine
- Previous training experience preferred
