Juniper Communities is seeking a Connections Director SkillBridge Intern to assist in leading the design and execution of vibrant engagement programs within a hospitality retirement community.
Requirements
- Help plan, organize, and implement holistic daily programming for residents.
- Support and supervise Connections team members and train staff in activity implementation.
- Organize monthly calendars, newsletters, and 'brag books' highlighting resident activities.
- Assist in coordinating events, volunteer involvement, and interdepartmental programs.
- Communicate regularly with residents and families to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with safety and wellness standards, including infection control.
- Contribute to the resident move-in process by ensuring social and emotional readiness.
- Support budget development and manage inventory for program-related supplies.
- Serve as Manager on Duty and assist with community-wide initiatives as needed.
