DoD SkillBridge: Connections Director

Juniper Communities is seeking a Connections Director SkillBridge Intern to assist in leading the design and execution of vibrant engagement programs within a hospitality retirement community. As a Connections Director Intern, you will gain hands-on experience planning and implementing recreational, educational, cultural, and wellness-based activities that promote the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical well-being of residents.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's in Social Work, Therapeutic Recreation, Gerontology, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• Certified Activity Professional preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Experience in healthcare, education, recreation, or service-related industries preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
