The Director of Sales and Marketing SkillBridge Intern will gain hands-on leadership experience managing community outreach, occupancy strategy, and lead generation in a senior living environment.
Requirements
- Manage community sales efforts including prospecting, lead tracking, and closing
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and community partners
- Lead and coach the Sales and Marketing team
- Implement marketing plans and track performance metrics
- Develop and maintain a community outreach and networking calendar
- Ensure compliance with Juniper's values and regulatory policies
- Create and oversee the move-in process and welcome experience for new residents
- Provide customer service and tour training for staff
- Maintain CRM accuracy and sales reporting
- Collaborate across departments to support community-wide events and campaigns
- Monitor and manage department budgets, supplies, and reporting
