DoD SkillBridge: Director of Sales and Marketing

The DoD SkillBridge Internship: Director of Sales and Marketing offers a unique opportunity for active-duty U.S. Military Members to gain hands-on leadership experience in a hospitality retirement environment. As a Director of Sales and Marketing, you will manage community sales efforts, build and maintain relationships with referral sources, and lead the Sales and Marketing team. You will also gain exposure to market analysis, branding, and operational alignment of sales goals with broader organizational strategy.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, recruiting, or public engagement
• Strong organizational and presentation skills
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, CRM systems)
• Understanding of the aging population's needs is a plus
