DoD SkillBridge: Director of Sales and Marketing

As a Director of Sales and Marketing SkillBridge Intern at Juniper Communities, you will gain hands-on leadership experience managing community outreach, occupancy strategy, and lead generation in a senior living environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, recruiting, or public engagement
• Strong organizational and presentation skills
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, CRM systems)
• Understanding of the aging population’s needs is a plus
