Job Description
Juniper Communities is seeking a Wellness Director SkillBridge Intern to support the leadership and daily operations of the community’s Health & Wellness Department. The role requires strong clinical judgment, leadership skills, and a deep commitment to resident-centered care.
Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license
- Prior leadership experience in a healthcare or service-related setting
- Familiarity with resident care plans, documentation, and medication administration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of older adult care and wellness programming
- Experience supervising teams or operations in clinical or healthcare environments
