Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Store Supervisor to join our The North Face team based in our outlet store at Gloucester Quays on a fixed-term basis until July 2026. The Store Supervisor will act as the vital link between store management and the sales associates, driving service and sales.
Requirements
- Support the management team to drive sales and profitability
- Coach and motivate the sales associates to deliver high levels of customer service
- Maintain all retail operation standards in line with the brand's visual merchandising guidelines
- Ensure operational policies and procedures are respected
- Understand the store's KPIs and play a part to ensure they are achieved
