Job Description
VIA seeks a Behavior Analyst BCBA to collaborate with a team of students on IEPs, providing educational and behavioral programming based on Applied Behavior Analysis principles. This role involves assessing students' abilities, modifying curriculum, monitoring skill acquisition, developing behavior support plans, data collection systems, and training staff. The Behavior Analyst will also provide supervision and evaluation of therapists.
Requirements
- Masterās Degree from an accredited school or university
- 3+ years of experience in the field of autism
- Supervision from Clinical Director and/or highly qualified individual
- Experience as an ABA provider
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- Valid Virginia medical license in Behavior Analysis
- Extensive knowledge and skills in applied behavior analysis and evidence-based strategies for learners with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Flexibility to travel/consult
