Job Description
The Behavior Analyst will collaborate with the IEP team to provide educational and behavioral programming for students with significant behavior needs. This role involves assessing students, developing and modifying curriculum, monitoring skill acquisition, implementing behavior support plans, and training staff in Applied Behavior Analysis. The position focuses on creating a positive classroom culture and achieving student success.
Requirements
- Complete educational background: Master's degree in related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification
- Valid Virginia License in Behavior Analysis
- Extensive knowledge and skills in applied behavior analysis and evidence-based strategies for learners with autism
- Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based strategies for learners with autism
- Valid Virginia License in Behavior Analysis
