The Information Technology (IT) Coordinator is responsible for managing the technology needs of all programs and departments at VIA Centers for Neurodevelopment. The role involves installing and maintaining IT-related equipment, supporting end-users, and managing daily back-ups.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license required
- High school diploma or Equivalent required, Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
- IT certificate desirable but not required
- Two or more years of IT work experience required
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, the Internet, and common web-based browsers and applications
- Ability to make independent decisions and proactively problem solve
- Excellent written, oral communication and listening skills
- Ability to quickly learn, master and describe new technology
- Ability to work well within a team and with a variety of individuals
