Job Description
JCH Behavior Technician provides clinical and educational programming to students with autism and other neurodevelopmental disorders in a classroom setting. Duties include preparing materials, leading instructional sessions, and managing challenging behaviors. Data collection and analysis are also included. This role fosters independence and utilizes the principles of applied behavior analysis.
Requirements
- Valid driving license
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in the application of applied behavior analysis (ABA) in the education of students with autism is preferred
