Master Planner

At VIA Rail, we are shaping the future of passenger rail transportation in Canada. As a Master Planner, you will play a role in ensuring the smooth coordination of activities within a complex program, aligning stakeholders and suppliers with our strategic objectives and timelines.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in major project management or planning.
• Strong expertise in strategic planning and integrated capacity management.
• PMP certification (an asset).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
• Autonomy and ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Expertise in MS Project, EPM, and Excel (complex scenario modeling).
• Ability to simplify complex issues for decision-makers and executives.
• Leadership, organizational skills, and ability to lead teams.
• Strategic vision and ability to set clear priorities.
