Engineering Manager

Via is seeking an Engineering Manager to oversee the development and maintenance of our backend systems, grow and mentor high-performing engineers, and shape the architecture of our distributed systems.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience building backend systems
• Strong skills in Python, Java, C++, or C#
• Experience managing and developing engineering teams
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, microservices, and Kubernetes
• Understanding of databases, performance tuning, and debugging complex systems
