Via is seeking a Service Supervisor to train operators, oversee performance, and manage delivery of paratransit service in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Requirements
- Conduct on-the-road supervision to ensure driver performance meets service and safety standards
- Monitor and assess operator interactions and adherence to safety procedures
- Develop and deliver training programs for new drivers
- Conduct post-accident and post-incident procedures
- Act as primary point of contact for operational issues
