Job Description
We are seeking a VP Sales, DACH to lead our commercial strategy and drive growth in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, while building lasting partnerships with transport authorities and public and private-sector leaders.
Requirements
- Define and lead Via's commercial vision and long-term growth strategy across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
- Own regional revenue performance and market expansion, overseeing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise engagements from early market development through close
- Build and steward executive-level relationships with transport authorities, municipalities, operators, and government stakeholders
- Lead and develop a high-performing regional commercial organization, fostering collaboration, accountability, and inclusive leadership
