Job description
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the development of components and services that form Genesys' core AI platform. You will work with a team based out of Indianapolis in a fast-paced environment where we iterate quickly, harden production paths, and experiment responsibly with new AI features.
Contribute to microservices (Java/Spring Boot) that power AI innovation across teams. Design and implement features through agile practices. Integrate with AWS and keep integrations testable and observable.
The ideal candidate would have experience with Spring Framework, AI coding tools, Maven and CI, Amazon Web Services, and REST APIs.
