Customer Success Engagement Manager

Customer Success Engagement Manager is responsible for leading customer engagements to ensure clients realize the full value of Viaduct's solutions, collaborating with Data Science, Product, and Engineering teams, and driving business growth through analytics.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
• Proven track record of managing and delivering large-scale analytics projects
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Prior experience using data analytics software and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, and/or Tableau
