Senior Manager Sales Training

Senior Manager Sales Training role at Viatris, responsible for planning, designing, developing, and evaluating training programs for sales teams, as well as managing vendor relationships and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
• Previous corporate training experience
• Advanced working knowledge of adult learning principles, the ADDIE model, and project management techniques
• Knowledge of blended learning methods, including learning management system (LMS), digital engagement platforms, and distance learning
• Familiarity with account management structures and business skills
• Strong facilitation skills, presentation skills, and excellent written communication
• Ability to apply metrics and track key performance indicators to facilitate evidence-based learning strategies
• Ability to be agile while managing multiple complex projects in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment
