Material Coordinator

VIAVI is a global provider of network test, monitoring and assurance solutions. We are seeking a Material Coordinator 2 to manage materials within the manufacturing and warehousing environment.

Requirements

• Execute daily material handling activities
• Perform accurate data entry and updates in the inventory management system
• Issue materials to production orders and work centers
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventories
• Prepare materials for outbound shipments
• Operate various material handling equipment
• Identify and report discrepancies, damaged goods, or quality issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Collaborate with production, purchasing, and quality teams
• Assist in the training and guidance of less experienced material handlers
