Legal Counsel

Legal Counsel position at Vibe.co, a streaming TV advertising company, responsible for building, not just advising, on legal frameworks, compliance programs, and contract infrastructure across the US and Europe.

Requirements

• 10+ years of post-qualification experience in corporate law, with a heavy focus on data-driven businesses where data privacy is core to the product
• Deep hands-on expertise in GDPR and US privacy law (CCPA/CPRA)
• Proven track record negotiating commercial contracts with Tier 1 global brands and agencies
• Experience leading a technology company through SOC2, ISO 27001, or equivalent certification
