Job Description
Victaulic is seeking a Field Tool Technician to join their Application Engineering organization. The role involves providing on-site tool support, maintenance, and consulting services to customer facilities across multiple states (TX, NM, LA, OK, MO, AK, MS, KS, etc.). The technician will be responsible for training customer personnel, coordinating visits, troubleshooting equipment, and maintaining inventory. This is a full-time position requiring up to 80% travel.
Requirements
- Train customer personnel on tool operation, maintenance, and safety.
- Independently coordinate and schedule customer visits.
- Maintain relationships with independent customers.
- Provide onsite consulting services regarding tool operation and shop setup.
- Perform on-site calibration, testing, and commissioning of tools.
