Plant Controller

The Plant Controller is responsible for overseeing all financial activities for assigned manufacturing plants within a multi-site operating environment, ensuring accurate financial reporting, robust internal controls, and effective cost management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred)
• 5–10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including manufacturing or cost accounting
• Prior experience in a multi-site manufacturing or matrixed organization strongly preferred
