Join Victoria University as an Offshore Administration Officer and contribute to the effective delivery of offshore programs within the Centre of VU Transitions. This role requires strong administrative background, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities. You will work closely with academic staff, coordinators, and international partners to facilitate communication, support recruitment and onboarding of offshore teaching staff, and contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and processes.
Requirements
- Strong administrative background, ideally within a tertiary education or similarly complex, compliance-driven environment.
- Experience working with student systems, managing detailed records, and coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities with confidence.
- Sound judgement, ability to take initiative in problem-solving, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong communication skills, ability to interact with diverse stakeholders, including international partners.
