High school diploma, 2+ years of experience in harm reduction, community health, or human services, and proficiency in computer skills are required

Licensed Masters level clinician with a degree in Counseling, Social Work, Education, Pastoral Counseling or Rehabilitation Counseling and minimum of 5 years of experience working with clients in priority populations

High school diploma, strong organizational and communication skills, knowledge of addiction/recovery practices, and ability to work with diverse populations

The Bilingual Housing Case Manager will work with clients to determine appropriate housing possibilities, coordinate support services, and represent Victory Programs, Inc. in external meetings

High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work effectively with individuals of diverse race/ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, sex and drug cultures, age groups, religion, country of origin, disability and economic status

High School diploma or equivalent, knowledge of or openness to Addiction/Recovery and Harm Reduction Practices/Philosophy, excellent verbal communication skills

High School Diploma or equivalent, ability to work independently and cooperatively, ability to engage with clients in an instructive and compassionate manner

Master's Degree in Social Work & HIV/AIDS knowledge. CPR certification & TB screening may be required. Strong computer skills & communication are required
