The Awake Overnight Recovery Support Specialist supports the program by ensuring quality direct care services are provided to clients. The Recovery Support Specialist reports to the Program Director for regular supervision and assignments.
Requirements
- Act in accordance with Victory Programs, Inc.'s Standards of Excellence & Philosophy of Care at all times.
- Provide quality, empathetic customer service to the clients in the program.
- Ensure all policies and procedures related to maintaining a safe and appropriate residential environment are followed.
- Input client/program data in Electronic Health Records.
- Facilitate and/or co-facilitate client groups and complete required group facilitation documentation.
- Provide referrals as needed.
