The Licensed Clinical Director is responsible for ensuring the highest quality clinical support services for residents/tenants/clients of the Housing Programs, providing coaching and clinical supervision to multidisciplinary teams, as well as the provision of specialized mental health/substance use direct clinical services and coordination of clinical support.
Requirements
- Act in accordance with Victory Programs, Inc.'s Standards of Excellence at all times, including maintaining professional ethics, boundaries and client confidentiality.
- Provide emergency mental health/substance use assessments and intervention services to identified Housing residents in crisis.
- Support direct service staff who are assisting clients/residents/tenants in accessing essential support services, adhering to medical treatments, improving the stability of their substance use disorder recovery, physical and mental health, and/or are in crisis.
- Provide emergency and non-emergency clinical consultation in person and via phone coverage.
- Deliver clinical programming.
- Provide individual and/or group clinical supervision to assigned staff teams.
- Supervise interns, and assist in the coordination of the agency clinical internship program.
- Assist with the preparation of any reports or proposals as assigned.
- Monitor needs of the program target populations and recommend revisions of existing service models as indicated.
- Maintain accurate and timely record keeping systems.
