Job Description
The Recovery Support Specialist supports the program by ensuring that quality direct care services are provided to the clients. They report to the Program Director for regular supervision and assignments.
Requirements
- Act in accordance with Victory Programs, Inc.'s Standards of Excellence & Philosophy of Care at all times
- Provide quality, empathetic customer service to the clients in the program
- Ensure that when clients take medication, all policies and procedures are followed
- Input client/program data in Electronic Health Records
- Facilitate and/or co-facilitate client groups and complete required group facilitation documentation
