Relief Staff are responsible for maintaining a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment for all clients in Victory Programs' residential shelters, low threshold transitional and permanent housing programs, and recovery homes.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalency.
- Knowledge of Google Suite.
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively as a member of a team.
- Ability to relate to residents in an instructive, firm and compassionate manner.
- CPR and First Aid Certification (may be obtained upon hire).
- Completed TB Assessment (may be obtained upon hire).
- Three work related professional references; at least 2 from manager or supervisor.
