We are currently looking for an Ejecutivo/a de Ventas SME to join our Sales team in Santiago. This is a field-based role with a strong focus on new business development (hunter 70%) while also managing and growing an existing customer base (farmer 30%).
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial sales.
- Background in Business / Commercial Engineering or a technical degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Civil, etc.) with strong commercial orientation.
- Proven hunter mindset, comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and door-opening.
- Strong discipline in sales processes and CRM usage.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus)
