Internship HR Recruitment

Join our HR team as a Recruitment Intern at Viking, a leading European workplace-solutions company, and take responsibility for Campus Recruitment. Work closely with managers across the organization, coordinate the full internship recruitment cycle, and support broader HR initiatives. Requirements

• Lead the recruitment and selection process for new interns across the organization
• Partner with managers to identify and develop internship opportunities
• Represent Viking at career fairs, guest lectures, and university events
• Collaborate with the HR team on applicant screening and selection activities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for interns throughout their journey at Viking
• Support key HR functions, including onboarding, training, and assessments
• Contribute to additional projects aligned with your strengths and professional interests
