Job Description
PCI Compliance Specialist responsible for supporting customers via phone, email, and web chat in a professional and clear manner, guiding users through the PCI-DSS compliance process, and resolving issues on the first contact.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer support role
- Fluency in Polish and English (C1 level)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
