The Village Companies is a family-owned organization that provides high-quality manufacturing and custom metal fabrication services. As a Welder, you'll be hands-on in producing high-quality metal components that meet customer and quality standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Technical degree preferred with 3+ years of welding experience
• Moderate to advanced welding skills
• Ability to weld in flat and vertical positions
• Strong understanding of welding procedures and specifications
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Proficient with measuring devices and welding equipment adjustments
• Basic computer skills
• Solid understanding of manufacturing fundamentals
