Dietary Aide

The Cypress of Hilton Head is seeking a hospitality-focused Dietary Aide to join their dedicated team. The Dietary Aide will play a vital role in transporting food from the main kitchen and serving residents, requiring comfort in a fast-paced and caring environment.

Requirements

• Update the daily diet and supplement report with new orders.
• Attend dietary meetings as scheduled.
• Maintain and complete a selective menu for all residents.
• Assist residents with menu selection and identify alternative selections or substitutions.
• Complete all side duties as assigned.
• Inform residents of any menu selection changes and substitutions.
• Ensure the accuracy of trays prior to delivery to the resident’s room.
• Photocopy necessary forms/menus used by the Dietary staff.
• Operate all Kitchen equipment safely, according to established policies and procedures.
• Maintain kitchen sanitation per DHEC Rules & Regulations.
