Executive Sous Chef

The Cypress of Charlotte is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising kitchen employees, planning menus, and leading regular meetings with kitchen staff.

Requirements

• Three years' experience in a hotel, restaurant, or club with fine dining preferred
• Culinary education or two years' college
• One year of supervisory experience
• Ability to plan and organize work, to interpret instructions, recipes, specifications and standards
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment operations and maintenance
• ServSafe certification
