Job Description
Delaney at Parkway Lakes is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, visitors, staff, and protect Community property. Responsibilities include performing general maintenance duties, painting and refurbishing projects, routine preventive maintenance, and minor building and equipment repairs.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent in training, education and experience
- Minimum one year experience in building maintenance
- One year or more experience in apartment and/or healthcare community maintenance
- Must possess current and valid driver’s license
- Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies
- HVAC certified preferred but not required
