Job Description
Join Delaney at Parkway Lakes as a Maintenance Technician, responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents, staff, and protecting community property. Perform general maintenance duties, painting, refurbishing projects, and minor repairs. Weekend availability and 8-hour shift required.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year experience in building maintenance
- One year or more experience in apartment and/or healthcare community maintenance
- Current and valid driver's license
- HVAC certification preferred
