Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents, visitors, staff, and Community property. Perform general maintenance duties, painting, refurbishing projects, routine preventive maintenance, minor building and equipment repairs. Assist with snow removal efforts and maintain cleanliness of fountains, irrigation system, and vehicles.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent in training, education and experience
• Minimum one year experience in building maintenance
• One year or more experience in apartment and/or healthcare community maintenance
• HVAC certified preferred but not required
