The Director of Facilities is responsible for the upkeep of buildings, grounds, equipment and vehicles, supervising staff and managing budgets.
Requirements
- A high school diploma is required.
- Trade/management skills are preferred.
- A minimum of three years of increasingly responsible experience in plant maintenance operation or related field, including supervisory experience.
- Demonstrated skill in the administrative management of plant or related operations.
- General knowledge in the maintenance of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, heating and cooling equipment.
