Curtis School seeks a Director of Facilities to oversee the management of the physical plant, campus operations, and safety. The ideal candidate will have a holistic view of campus facilities and operations, with a focus on ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained campus that supports the school's mission.

Requirements

• 10+ years of facilities management experience in a similar environment
• Expertise in operations, maintenance, and emergency preparedness
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all campus stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of building trades and the ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings (preferred)
• Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills
