Job Description
We're seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for completing work orders, plumbing and electrical service requests, and apartment turns. You will also provide customer service, diagnose problems, and assist with maintaining the exterior of the property.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in the hotel industry or multifamily housing
- Excellent customer service skills
- General computer knowledge
- Strong experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and painting
- Plumbing, contracting, builders certifications and licenses a plus
