Job Description
Village Green is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team, with responsibilities including completing work orders and special projects, servicing residents in a customer service-oriented manner, and maintaining the exterior of the property.
Requirements
- Timely completion of work orders and special projects
- Knowledge in HVAC
- Plumbing and electrical service requests
- Completion of apartment turns
- Diagnoses problems and repairs in the areas of electrical
- Responds to all service requests on-call emergencies
- Maintains the exterior of the property
- Housekeeping duties
- Performs property maintenance of pools, spas, and pool areas
- Excellent customer service skills
- General computer knowledge
