Medical Assistant - Dermatology Float

The Medical Assistant is responsible for assisting physicians, PAs, and NPs with clerical duties, patient flow, patient care, and procedures. The role involves preparing examination rooms, maintaining patient flow, communicating with patients, and performing various administrative tasks.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent, required
• Graduated from an accredited medical assistant or phlebotomy program, required
• 0-1 year related work experience, required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or within 30 days of hire, required
• Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, required
• Ability to organize and perform multiple tasks in a timely manner, required
• Basic proficiency in computer use, required
