Medical Assistant - Orthopedics

Medical Assistant is responsible for assisting physician, PA or NP with clerical duties, patient flow, patient care and procedures. Prepares examination room, maintains patient flow, and documents patient information accurately.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Graduated from an accredited medical assistant or phlebotomy program
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or within 30 days of hire
• Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing
• Ability to organize and perform multiple tasks in a timely manner
• Basic proficiency in computer use
