Patient Service Representative - Internal Medicine

We are hiring a Patient Service Representative at Starling Physicians, a VillageMD company. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to communicate in English, both orally and in writing. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, patients, and families, maintaining efficient patient flow, and scheduling appointments.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED
• Associate Degree preferred
• Heartsaver within 30 days of hire
• Previous PSR experience preferred
• Basic proficiency in computer use
• Ability to organize and perform multiple tasks in a timely manner
