Requirements
- Ability to take clear, detailed notes in fast-paced interview or group settings
- Skill in synthesizing qualitative information into concise, accurate written summaries
- Strong active listening skills and professional communication with diverse community members and stakeholders
- Comfort engaging with people from varied socioeconomic, cultural, and rural backgrounds
- Sensitivity and discretion when working with community health topics
- Dependability for multi-day travel commitments across multiple counties
- Strong time management and ability to meet documentation deadlines
