VIR is seeking a Guest Services Team Member to provide excellent customer service and support daily operations. The role requires weekend and evening availability, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently.

Requirements

• Weekend and evening availability
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong customer service orientation
• Ability to use independent judgment to analyze and resolve problems
• Ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns
• Ability to work effectively and independently
• Ability to stand often for extended periods of time
• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions
• A valid Drivers license is required
