The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and relationship-building skills to ensure the best talent is brought in across all departments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience working in a high-volume recruitment environment
• A deep understanding of the marketing and tech industries, with a strong preference for experience in marketing agency environments
• Experience working with recruitment software, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Experience managing searches across performance marketing, client services, creative, and other marketing/advertising disciplines
